Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll get a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your reference.
When will my order ship?
We're working hard to have your order shipped as soon as it can. Our orders typically ship within 48 hours, however orders may take up to 5-7 days to ship during busier periods. Your order will then deliver within 2-8 days after it's shipped, depending on your carrier and location. Check with your carrier if your delivery is delayed. Also, you may email us at customerservice@scentbeauty.com with any issues or concerns.
Where does Fragrance by Sabrina ship?
Right now, our fragrances ship to the continental United States. As we grow, we promise to take a visit to wherever you are!
How much does shipping cost?
For our other fragrance and beauty items, your shipping will be calculated at checkout. If you do not reach the free shipping threshold, shipping is $7.95 within the continental United States. Right now, we can only accept returns for unused items in their original packaging, up to 30 days after your purchase. See more below regarding returns.

If your package comes defunct or damaged, email us, and we will exchange it for a fresh one.
If your order came with a free gift, please send the gift back with the original item to secure your refund.
When will my pre-order ship?
We provide an approximate shipping date for each pre-order item — check the bolded text on the product page to find this date. While we do our very best to ensure your order is shipped on or before this date, sometimes things can take a little longer than expected due to supply chain issues. Once your order does ship, you can expect to receive it in 2-8 days.
What ingredients are in each fragrance?
We are pleased to offer fragrance products that are vegan and cruelty-free. Please review the ingredient inclusion list for each item on the Product Page of each fragrance in the "Ingredients" section.
